Dave VanderWoude
Associate Broker & Team Lead
As an Associate Broker, I lead the Heritage Team, alongside my wife Linda, a Realtor®. With a strong network of resources, we guide clients through every step of the home buying or selling process.
I became a licensed Realtor and residential home builder in 2001, with a background in purchasing, customer service, and estimating in manufacturing. Having lived in West Michigan my entire life, I’m familiar with the area and its market.
I grew up on a dairy farm, worked as a truck driver, and hold a BA from GVSU. I’m a proud dad of three grown children, a father-in-law, and a grandpa. I’ve coached youth teams, raised grass-fed beef, free-range chickens, and boarded horses. Now, I enjoy woodworking, coffee, and traveling.
Linda has experience as an executive assistant in manufacturing and has worked alongside me in real estate and new construction. She enjoys watercolor painting, art, home-related activities, and visiting her family.
With our combined expertise and the resources of our brokerage, we create personalized plans to ensure the most profitable and timely results for our clients. We’re always looking for ways to improve and better serve you.

I became a licensed Realtor® in the spring of 2020 and come from a background of music ministry in local West Michigan churches. I have a BA from Grace Christian University and am married to my wonderful wife, Jessica.
