Dave VanderWoude
Associate Broker & Team Lead
As an Associate Broker, I lead the Heritage Team, alongside my wife Linda, a Realtor®. With a strong network of resources, we guide clients through every step of the home buying or selling process.
I became a licensed Realtor and residential home builder in 2001, with a background in purchasing, customer service, and estimating in manufacturing. Having lived in West Michigan my entire life, I’m familiar with the area and its market.
I grew up on a dairy farm, worked as a truck driver, and hold a BA from GVSU. I’m a proud dad of three grown children, a father-in-law, and a grandpa. I’ve coached youth teams, raised grass-fed beef, free-range chickens, and boarded horses. Now, I enjoy woodworking, coffee, and traveling.
Linda has experience as an executive assistant in manufacturing and has worked alongside me in real estate and new construction. She enjoys watercolor painting, art, home-related activities, and visiting her family.
